Eric has advised senior executives and globally-leading companies on cultural change, strategic & business planning and facilitated team building. He was intimately involved in Boost Mobile’s growth in the US (from nothing to over a billion dollars annual revenue in 6 years).
Eric is an experienced speaker, trainer and author of Don't Think About Purple Elephants.
Soames Job is an Adjunct Professor of Road Safety Psychology at the University of New South Wales, and a global leader in the application of psychological principles and research to Organisational environments. He is also a recognized expert in the design, development and analysis of large scale attitude surveys. Soames has extensive management and leadership experience, having served as Executive Director and on Boards of numerous organisations, and is a highly sought international speaker.
Soames is listed in Who’s Who in the World and The Cambridge Biographical Center’s 2000 Outstanding People of the 20th Century. He advises The United Nations, The World Bank, the OECD, The International Standards Organisation, and The World Health Organization on psychological issues and international road safety initiatives. He has been awarded visiting professorships at UCLA, The University of Colorado, The University of Stockholm and The University College of London.
Rachel has a Master of Arts in Psychology and supports FJH’s clients with in depth analysis and advice in the areas of cultural diagnosis and Organisational change. Her unique insights have proven to be highly valued and beneficial for our clients.
